Opening Checkpoint

This week didn’t feel dramatic.
It didn’t feel chaotic.
It didn’t feel heavy.

But it did feel like things quietly shifted.

I took a real look at the Health Quest. Not just the weight loss, but the fuel going in.
I realised that if I want the Exercise Quest to actually start, I need to make the load lighter first.
Less to carry.
Less friction.
Less resistance.

The cabin finally moved too.
The clock is on the wall.
The desks are rearranged again (maybe the fourth time) but this time it feels right.
The rig finally looks like a permanent fixture, ready for the launch of Three Pedal Crew.

And the biggest shift of all:

I managed to get a car.
One that ticked every box.

No weight loss this week, but no gain either.
And honestly, with everything going on, that’s still a win.

I even started taking multivitamins. A small step, but a step.

This week wasn’t loud.
But it was steady.
And sometimes, steady is exactly what a quest needs.

Quest Log

Rebuilding the Direction

Every active quest lives here. Even when they move quietly.

1. The Car Quest

The quest that dominated last week finally resolved.

I got a car.
A good one.
ULEZ‑compliant, reliable, within budget. Everything I needed.

This quest went from urgent → active → complete in the space of a week.

Now the focus shifts from “get a car” to:

  • settling into stability

  • building routine around it

A quest completed doesn’t disappear.
It just changes shape.

2. The Health Quest

No weight loss this week.
But no gain either.

And that matters.

Because this week wasn’t about the scale, it was about fuel.

I took a real look at what I’m eating.
Not just portions, but choices.
Not just habits, but patterns.

I also started taking multivitamins. A small step toward feeling better, clearer, more energised.

The quest didn’t move visibly.
But it moved internally.

3. The Cabin Creation Quest

The cabin finally nudged forward.

The clock is attached to the wall.
The desks are rearranged again, but this time with purpose.
The rig is now a permanent fixture, ready for Three Pedal Crew.

And when I tested it?

It was better than I remembered.

This quest is slow, but it’s alive.

4. The Exercise Quest

Still waiting.
Still paused.
Still preparing.

But the shift in the Health Quest. Focusing on fuel first. Is the foundation this quest needed.

Less weight to carry.
Less friction.
Less resistance.

The Exercise Quest didn’t move this week.
But the week prepared the ground for it.

Patterns I Noticed

  • Fuel matters - The Exercise Quest won’t start smoothly until the Health Quest lightens the load.

  • Environment shapes motivation - The cabin changes made the rig feel real again.

  • Quiet weeks still count - No dramatic progress, but multiple small shifts.

  • Stability helps alignment - Getting the car removed a huge mental weight.

  • Small steps matter - Multivitamins aren’t dramatic, but they’re part of the quest.

What I’m Trying Next

This week, the focus is simple:

  • tighten food choices

  • keep portion control steady

  • continue multivitamins

  • attempt one workout

  • keep shaping the cabin

  • prepare the rig for Three Pedal Crew

  • settle into the new car routine

No dramatic plans.
Just continuity.

Tiny Wins

  • Got a car A huge quest completed.

  • Attached the cabin clock Small step, real progress.

  • Rearranged the desks The rig finally feels permanent.

  • Started multivitamins A small step toward better energy.

  • Maintained weight No loss, but no gain.

  • Stayed aligned Even in a quiet week.

Quiet shifts still move the quest forward.
